Touring Coach, Magic Lincer, has successfully applied his innovative European coaching techniques to his High Performance Academy here in the heart of CT. Magic has experienced firsthand every aspect of coaching competitive tennis from the elite level of ATP & WTA Professional Players, ITF Junior and Wheelchair circuit players, to tennis enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. With his perspective of coaching at the highest levels of the sport, he has been able to adapt the coaching-style of the elite level player to jump-start tennis games for both adults and juniors at every level.

Cristina Szepanski
Tennis Professional
Cristina recently graduated from Nichols College where she was a two-year captain of the Tennis Team and continues to be the record holder for Most Doubles Wins. With over ten years of experience playing competitive tennis and seven years of coaching, she hopes to encourage others to love the sport as she has. Cristina’s experience with coaching tennis began at MLTA after training here herself through High School in the High Performance program. While at Nichols she specialized in Psychology.

Diego Leal
High Performance Coach
Diego is originally from Bucaramanga, Colombia. He was top 10 in singles and top 5 in doubles in 14’s, 16’s and 18’s. He was also top 50 in the South America ranking. Diego lead Jones College to Two national tournament appearances and was the captain of Shaw university in his senior year. Diego has been coaching high performances players during his summers and also been part of many camps through the country as well as a hitting partner. He is committed to help anybody to improve their game tactically and mentality.

Mark Tortolani
Tennis Professional
Mark’s diverse tennis skills include being a USTA and ITA Official, USPTA Instructor, College Tennis Recruiting Scout, Assistant Coach at the United States Coast Guard Academy and The University of Rhode Island and an avid player in the USTA League. His passion and enthusiasm for the game is evident in all of his tennis activities and he is excited to be able to use his skill set for the benefit of all players at the Magic Lincer Tennis Academy.

Stack Williams
Fitness Coach
Hartford native, Weaver High School and UCONN Graduate. Stack is a Youth Advocate, Motivational Speaker, former football player for the UCONN Huskies from 2004 – 2008. He played briefly with Georgia Force (AFL) arena football league before the league folded in 2008. Recipient of “100 Men of Color” award for community works and activism. Stack has trained and helped over 50 student-athletes earn D1 scholarships to Top 20 rated college programs. He is experienced in training Football, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Lacrosse, Tennis, Field Hockey, and Track.
